Symptom 1: • Water dumping during session
Possible reason of the symptom:
• Excess mineral build-up in steam generator
Corrective action:
  1. Flush steam generator

Symptom 2: • Buttons not working on control panel
Possible reason of the symptom:
• Buttons worn out
Corrective action:
  1. Remove 2 screws holding the control panel
  2. Open the LCD housing
  3. Replace the control panel (outer or inner)
  4. Check the new control panel is working and put housing back together.

Symptom 3: • Water draining straight through
Possible reason of the symptom:
• Rubber plunger of valve 32 deformed.
Corrective action:
  1. Remove right side panel and locate valve 32 near the steam generator.
  2. Remove valve 32 and replace rubber plunger.
  3. Reinstall valve 32 and right side panel.

Symptom 4: • No power to display while the hood is closing hard
Possible reason of the symptom:
•Struts have gone weak in time and hood is closing too hard, which turns off the circuit breaker.
Corrective action:
  1. Remove right side panel and locate the electrical box of circuit breakers.
  2. Turn circuit breaker to position ON and replace struts.
  3. Review also "Symptom 7" in case problem can not be solved.

Symptom 5: • Cracked neck shield
Possible reason of the symptom:
• Customers pulling down on neckshield while trying to close hood.
Corrective action:
  1. Relocate screws or replace neckshield.

Symptom 6: • Capsule does not start
• Display is dark
• No LED lights are on in the machine
Possible reasons of the symptom:
•Capsule is not properly installed
•Electrical box is not in order
•Power supply is not in order
•Datacable is not in order
Corrective action:
  1. Make sure capsule is connected to the electrical system on the wall securely
  2. Check the circuit breaker or fuse box of the room
  3. Check the output voltage of electrical system on the wall
  4. Check the electrical box.
  5. Check the power supply
  6. Check the datacable

Symptom 7: • Text FILL TANK WITH DISTILLED WATER is displayed on
the LCD and the water flows out from drainage hole
while the steam generator is filled
Possible reason of the symptom:
• Level sensor
Corrective action:
  1. Check the upper level sensor.

Symptom 8: • Continuous beeping sound (beep, beep, beep ...)
Possible reason of the symptom:
• Short connection inside control panel
Corrective action:
  1. Change the control panel

Symptom 9: • Text HOOD OPEN is displayed while hood is closed
Possible reason of the symptom:
• Hood switch system is not operating
Corrective action:
  1. Check the hood switch.

Symptom 10: • Hood is open and text HOOD OPEN is not displayed
Possible reason of the symptom:
• Hood switch system is not operating
Corrective action:
  1. Check the hood switch.

Symptom 11: • No steam is coming while steam is activated
Possible reasons of the symptom:
• Desired temperature is lower than the real temperature in the capsule
• There is no water in steam generator
• Thermal fuse is blown
• Heating element is not operating
• Level sensor is not operating
• Steam relays on main PCB are oxidized
Corrective action:
  1. Check the LCD screen for low water level indication.
  2. Check the temperature sensor.
  3. Verify the temperature reading of LCD PCB.
  4. Check the thermal fuse.
  5. Check the level sensor.
  6. Check the heating element in steam generator.
  7. Ship main PCB in to Sybaritic to have relays replaced.

Symptom 12: • Steam can not reach to desired temperature
Possible reason of the symptom:
• One part of heating element has burned out
Corrective action:
  1. Check the heating element in steam generator.

Symptom 13: • Steam can not be controlled
Possible reasons of the symptom:
• Temperature sensor is not operating
• LCD PCB is not in operating
Corrective action:
  1. Check the temperature sensor.
  2. Verify the temperature reading of LCD PCB.

Symptom 14: • Text HEATER FAULT is displayed on the LCD
Possible reasons of the symptom:
• Thermal fuse is blown
• Power supply is not in order

Please note that while eliminating the possible reason with corrective action(s), it is needed to verify that other components are in order.
Corrective action:
  1. Check the power supply. Check the voltage between terminals 37 and 39.
  2. Check the level sensor.
  3. Check the water flow between chambers of steam generator
  4. Check the drainage valve.
  5. Check the thermal fuse.
  6. Check the heating element in steam generator.
  7. Verify that the fault is eliminated by running a CUSTOM program with STEAM for 30 minutes

Symptom 15: • Vibratory beds do not work
Possible reasons of the symptom:
• No supply voltage
• Motor(s) of vibratory bed(s) are not operating properly

Please note that while eliminating the possible reason with corrective action(s), it is necessary to verify that other components are in order.
Corrective action:
  1. Check the voltage of vibratory bed
  2. Verify the non-working bed by connecting and turning on the beds separately
  3. Check the wiring and plugs of non-working vibratory bed(s)
  4. Check non-working vibratory bed motors
  5. Restore the working condition of vibratory bed
  6. Check the capsule for proper drainage according to the installation guide

Symptom 16: • Vibratory beds are working continuously
Possible reason of the symptom:
• Alfi PCB is not in order

Please note that while eliminating the possible reason with corrective action(s), it is necessary to verify that other components are in order.
Corrective action:
  1. Check the wiring and plugs of vibratory beds
  2. Check the motors of vibratory beds
  3. Check the capsule for proper drainage according to the installation guide
  4. Check the Alfi PCB, Rabbit PCB and LCD PCB. Change if needed.

Symptom 17: • Infrared emitter(s) do not work
Possible reasons of the symptom:
• No supply voltage

Please note that while eliminating the possible reason with corrective action(s), it is necessary to verify that other components are in working order.
Corrective action:
  1. Check the voltage of infrared emitters.
  2. Verify and check the non-working circuit of infrared emitter(s)

Symptom 18: • Lamps of color lights system are not working correctly
Possible reason of the symptom:
• LED lights are not operating properly

Symptom 19: • Text ADD UP TO 200ML AROMA LIQUID! is displayed
on the LCD although 200ML of aroma liquid is added
Possible reasons of the symptom:
• Aroma liquid level sensor is not operating properly

Corrective action:
  1. Visually check the attachment of the aroma liquid sensor
  2. Check the aroma liquid valve
  3. Check the aroma liquid level sensor
  4. Check the aroma control system

Symptom 20: • Aroma function is turned on but no aroma
comes into the capsule
Possible reasons of the symptom:
• Aroma liquid valve is not operating properly
• Aroma hose
Corrective action:
  1. Check the aroma liquid valve
  2. Check the aroma hose for clog up, from the aroma liquid valve to the steam hose

Symptom 21: • Aroma liquid does not stay in aroma liquid tank
Possible reason of the symptom:
• Aroma liquid valve is not operating properly
Corrective action:
  1. Check the aroma liquid valve
